Participants at the sixth-annual OPP North West Region’s youth summer camp learned how to use a compass to shoot a bearing during an activity at Sunny Cove yesterday. The camp, which runs there all week, is designed to offer youth leadership opportunities that will help foster a positive relationship with police and community for the purpose of building on self-worth, identity, character, self-esteem, life skills, and sense of community.
