Joe Belanger, left, led the Rainy Lake Community Orchestra through a song during their summer concert at the Fort Frances Public Library on Monday evening. The community orchestra is based out of International Falls but features musicians from both sides of the border. Refreshments were offered after the concert and provided by the Friends of the Library.
