Katherine Williams, the conductor and creator of the Borderland Community Orchestra, directed the group during a rehearsal last Tuesday evening at Donald Young School in Emo. This year’s spring concert, entitled “Fairy Tales and Magical Stories,” will feature songs such as “Highlights from Wicked” and “Pirates of the Caribbean.”
