Joe Belanger led the Rainy Lake Community Orchestra through a selection of holiday songs during the ensemble’s free concert at the Fort Frances Public Library last night. The festive concert drew a large crowd to the library to listen and enjoy. Refreshments were provided by the Friends of the Library following the show.
