Leon’s franchisee Mark Howarth joined staff, family, and colleagues in releasing balloons yesterday afternoon after a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the newly-opened Leon’s Home Furnishing Superstore on Scott Street. The balloons contain $100 in Leon’s coupons, which anyone who finds one can bring in to Leon’s to redeem for merchandise. Leon’s grand-opening “sale-a-bration” started at noon today.
