Emcee Paul Morrison signalled the start of the ninth-annual Rainy River Walleye Tournament, which was delayed 15 minutes by heavy rain and lightning this morning. Eighty-seven teams are chasing the $15,000 first prize up for grabs in the two-day tournament, which wraps up tomorrow with the final weigh-in starting at 3:15 p.m.
