Vaughan Wilson threw down the bat as he raced towards first base last Tuesday evening as he and the rest of Barwick Blue Knights went up against the Sight & Sound Wolves in Rainy River District Fastball League action at Van Jura. When the dust settled, the Wolves came away with a 6-4 win thanks to a pair of homers by Duane Carlson.
