Muskie Mike Vanderaa looked to keep Ewan Menard of the St. Ignatius Falcons from advancing the ball up the court during the second half of Fort High’s 70-48 loss in Game 1 of the best-of-three NWOSSAA championship on Friday afternoon here. St. Ignatius then won Game 2 by a 85-48 margin on Saturday morning to sweep the series and advance to the all-Ontarios.
