Having come all the way from the North Pole, Santa and Mrs. Claus waved to the crowd along the 100 block of Scott Street during the 53rd-annual “Parade of Lights” on Saturday. This year’s parade, sponsored and organized by Causeway General Insurance Brokers. Ltd. for the second time, saw 21 floats take part.
