A crew from RML Contracting of Thunder Bay has been installing new paving stones outside the Civic Centre this week, with landscaping to be completed by early next week. The 200 block of Scott Street will see similar paving stones installed later this summer. The contractor, along with Syncor Contracting, also has been pouring the first round of concrete foundations at the site of the future Rainy Lake Square on Scott Street.
