Local Kiwanis president Shanda DeGagne-Begin welcomed this year’s president of the Robert Moore’s Builders Club, Max Sovereign, along with vice-president Vanessa Theriault (left) and canteen manager, Macy Anderson, during a ceremony to install the officers Tuesday afternoon at the school. Not present for the photo were Jonelle Haas, who is the club’s secretary, and Jayda Price, the other canteen manager. An offshoot of the Kiwanis Club for youth, the Builders Club at Robert Moore gets students involved in various community projects, such as December’s food drive.
