Chef Joseph Roberts and La Place Rendez-Vous general manager Sarah Noonan took a moment out of a busy day to pose for a photo in the dining room at La Place Rendez-Vous. Roberts is a Red Seal chef with 30 years of experience in kitchens across southern Ontario, including Caesars Windsor, who has recently joined the Vous as their new executive chef.
