Elaine Medicine read through the names of veterans from area First Nations listed on the honour wall that is part of the new exhibit, “Indigenous Veterans of Treaty No. 3,” during its opening reception Thursday at the Fort Frances Museum & Cultural Centre. The list started out with 150 veterans but has grown to 323, including Medicine’s father-in-law, the late Tom Medicine of Rainy River First Nation. See story, more photos on page A5.
