NCDS executive director Nicke Paddock (Baird), left, and marketing co-ordinator Jolene Stahn showed off the aprons and logo for “The Caf Co.” that will be restarting operations at the Fort Frances High School cafeteria this year. NCDS is overseeing the creation of the new not-for-profit business and plans to hire a full-time manager and two prep cooks, as well as high school students and work placement clients, to run the business day-to-day. “The Caf Co.” is aiming to provide healthy, fun and affordable lunches to the staff and students at Fort High.
