Andrea Avis put a bid on a silent auction item yesterday evening during the Friends of the Fort Frances Museum’s third-annual fall fundraiser gala there. Called “An Evening at the Officers’ Club,” the wine-and-cheese fundraiser drew a packed house, who enjoyed live music, socializing, and taking in the wartime exhibit, “We Remember Them.” Funds raised have not yet been totalled.
