Museum anniversary

museum reception

Duane Hicks

Mary Hickling checked out a display of photographs showing the location of the 120-year-old building that houses the Fort Frances Museum and Cultural Centre, and how the community surrounding it has changed over the decades, during a wine-and-cheese reception there yesterday afternoon. The event marked the opening of a new exhibit celebrating the museum’s 40th anniversary, and the building’s 120th, and also served as the grand opening of the museum’s new roof, accessible washroom, and ramp.
