Construction of the AbitibiBowater biomass boiler here is continuing on time and on budget, with boiler components and other features being installed through the use of cranes like the one seen here. Mill manager John Harrison said yesterday the project is “nearing the 50 percent completion mark.” The mill still expects to bring the biomass boiler online Oct. 1.
