Rainy River District EMS supervisors Ed Carlson, left, and Trevor Johnson accepted the donations of new stuffed moose toys from Bell Aliant regional manager Doug Caul and John McEvoy, which will be handed out to any child having to take a ride in an ambulance. The moose makes “a huge difference to kids,” Carlson said about the partnership, as the toys help make the kids comfortable—and even can be used by EMS staff to ask where a child is hurt. This is the fourth year Bell Aliant has provided the toys for the local EMS.
