Madeleine Bottomley treated her tastebuds to a refreshing serving of ice cream, strawberries, and shortcake last Thursday afternoon during the annual “Strawberry Social” outside La Verendrye Hospital. Hosted by the La Verendrye Hospital Auxiliary, the fundraiser also included baking, books, plants, and a white elephant table, along with “Lucky Dozen” and “Pick-a-Strawberry.” See more photos on A5.
