Chamber of Commerce manager Dawn Booth was thrilled to add another pair of mitts in the “Mitts for Kids” collection box at the Fort Frances Chamber of Commerce office yesterday. Those wanting to donate new mitts, hats, or scarves to the annual drive can drop off items either at the Chamber office or the Movie Gallery this year. Volunteer also will be collecting them during the 50th-annual “Parade of Lights” this coming Saturday. Donations will be given to the local Salvation Army for its Christmas hampers.
