Local Dairy Queen owner Candice Thomson passed another Blizzard to Greg Allan yesterday as he packed up an order of the frosty treats into a cooler to deliver to the ladies at Celeste’s during “Miracle Treat Day.” Almost $5,000 was raised locally from the sale of Blizzards, paper miracle balloons, and coin collection for the Children’s Miracle Network.
