Bruce Hamilton was among more than 130 people who stopped by New Gold’s open house last Wednesday at La Place Rendez-Vous, which was held to share the details of the Environmental Assessment report for its Rainy River Project north of Barwick. An open house also was held the previous night in Barwick, with nearly 100 people attending. The company is hoping to start construction of the mine in about a year’s time.
