Fort Frances Museum curator Sherry George straightened this photo–taken by Sarah Marusyk–which is part of the new Métis Art Gallery Program exhibit upstairs there. Last November, the local branch of the Métis Nation of Ontario asked district residents to take photos of what they feel represents Métis culture and received about a dozen. The exhibit will be up through the end of February.
