Rainy River First Nations held its powwow this past weekend at the Manitou Rapids Powwow Grounds. Chief Marcel Medicine-Horton said there were 191 dancers registered to take part in the grand entries. Host drums were Manitou Rapids Traditional Drums. Jim Mishquart and Ricky White were back as MCs for the festivities.
