Livia Lundon, left, Allison Cox, Janice Cousineau, and Natalie DeGagne of the Riverside Foundation for Health Care’s special event committee showed off just some of the penny table and silent auction items that will be available at this year’s spring fundraiser luncheon which be held on Saturday, April 27 at 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. in the upstairs hall at the Emo Arena. The theme is “Mama’s Gone Country Chic,” so women are urged to grab their friends and bring them on down for an afternoon with lunch, a penny table, silent auction, “Mama’s Country Store,” pie roulette and fun games and prizes. Tickets are $20 each and are available for purchase at Emo Feeds, McTaggarts, the Foundation office, and online at riversidefoundation.ca. Tables of eight can be reserved by calling the Foundation office at 274-4803. All funds raised through the luncheon will go towards the purchase of a medi-lift for the Emo Health Centre.
