Grade 4/5 students in Cynthia Donald’s class at Robert Moore School practised some songs on their recorders yesterday in preparation for this year’s Rainy River District Festival of the Performing Arts. The festival is set for April 12-24, but the deadline for entries is Feb. 22. The syllabus is now available at the public libraries in Fort Frances, Emo, and Rainy River, as well as at Cloverleaf Grocery in Emo. For more information, contact Marilyn Allan at 274-3893.
