Amy Norris looked on as instructor Meghan Spooner taught those attending the “Make ’N Bake” camp how to cover a cake in fondant yesterday. The group spent the week learning about making and decorating cookies, cupcakes, and cakes, which culminated with a tea and certificate presentation today. Run by Confederation College, other youth camps being held there this summer will focus on culinary, art, and carpentry.
