Linda Blanc, left, Jan Gustafson, Sharon Bell, and Janice Cousineau were just a few of the ladies who attended the “Luncheon of Hope” at La Place Rendez-Vous on Saturday. The biennial event, hosted by the Rainy River District Breast Health Network, featured a penny table, quilt draw, and guest speakers Cathy Paroschy Harris and Tarja Heiskanen from Prevention and Screening Services at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
