Todd Wood of the Fort Frances Power Corp. installed a snowflake light for the Business Improvement Association yesterday on the 200 block of Scott Street. The FFPC volunteered to get the decorations up in time for the 50th-annual “Parade of Lights,” which is set to go here this Saturday.
