There’s plenty of festive cheer on offer at the Fort Frances Library, and anyone looking to get in on a little friendly competition as part of a scavenger hunt or photo contest this Christmas can also win themselves one of a number of gift bags that library staff have put together which include customized mugs, gift certificates to local businesses, one-of-a-kind artwork and more. For those who aren’t interested in competing, but still want to do something fun and cheery with their holiday free time, the library is also offering craft kits for kids and book bundles for all ages that come with plenty of Christmas reading material (and some hot chocolate) to keep you company on a cozy winter night in. – Ken Kellar photos
