A welding student practised his techniques in one of the 12 new welding booths at Fort High last Thursday during a course held there by the Seven Generations Education Institute. While the new welding facility was commissioned in December, an open house was held last week to celebrate the grand-opening of the project, which was a collaboration of SGEI and the Rainy River District School Board.
