Richard Wageman of Backus, MN and his mare, “Conclusively Chipped,” placed first in the Aged Mares Halter class at the Borderland Quarterhorse Club Show at the Emo Fairgrounds on the weekend. Wageman also took first in the Amateur Mares class and was awarded Grand Mare.
