Raymond Polz made some dough yesterday during the “Culinary for Youth” cooking program at Confederation College. Fort High teacher Kelly Connor is instructing the week-long class for youth aged 11-16. Students will show their parents what they learned when treat them to lunch this Friday. The course will run again Aug. 10-14. Call the college at 274-5395 for more information.
