Future junior kindergarten student Aaron Wood checked out the zebra hide brought in by local MP John Rafferty during the “Welcome to Kindergarten” orientation session at St. Michael’s School last Thursday. Before participating in different activity stations, as well as touring the school and a bus, the youngsters were treated to a story by Rafferty about the time he came face-to-face with a lion while working in Africa.
