Fort Frances mayor June Caul, left, Salvation Army Corps Officer Arthur Heathcote, and Danny Smith celebrated the kick-off to the Salvation Army’s annual Christmas Kettle campaign at Walmart on Friday afternoon. The kettles will be at various businesses around town until Dec. 24, and all proceeds from the campaign will go to help families in the district. To volunteer for the campaign, call 274-3871.
