Edwina Frenette checked out the blueberries she’s been caring for in her garden plot at Columbus Place on Nelson Street for the past three summers. When Frenette moved in there three years ago, she made it her mission to turn the neglected soil into an opportunity to plant vegetables and fruits for all the interested residents.
