With years of volunteer service already under his belt, local teen Lyle Dolph has been nominated for the Ontario Junior Citizen of the Year Award. Kim Finlayson, manager of the local TD Canada Trust branch, and Fort Frances Times publisher Jim Cumming presented him with a certificate to mark his nomination. Presented by the Ontario Community Newspapers Association and TD Canada Trust, the 12 winners are expected to be announced shortly.
