Barb Duguay of the Valley Adult Learning Association, centre, led a group of Treaty #3 youth in an exercise about perception during yesterday’s day-long conference on building essential skills organized by the training and employment agency, Shooniyaa Wa-Biitong. About 80 youth from the Fort Frances area attended the conference, which took place at La Place Rendez-Vous.
