People participated in a jigging workshop in Russell Hall at Sunny Cove on Saturday afternoon during a “Métis Community Festival” hosted by the Métis Nation of Ontario’s Healing and Wellness Branch. About 100 people took in the fiddle music provided by the Métis Fiddler Quartet of Winnipeg, as well as cultural activities and a fish fry.
