Captain Carter Brown (18), Tyler VanUden (6) and Connor Tibbs (15) tried to dig Muskie goalie Dylan Ossachuk out from under a pile of Thunder Bay Minor Midget Kings during the third period of yesterday’s final contest in the three-game exhbition series between the two teams over the weekend. Fort Frances lost the opener 6-1 in Atikokan on Friday, then took an 8-5 decision here Saturday before falling 4-3 in a shootout yesterday to give Thunder Bay the series victory. The Muskies begin NorWOSSA action Thursday against the visiting Dryden Eagles.
