Adam Bolen was in the zone as he watched a rock come down the ice during the final of the NOCA men’s Region 1 playdowns against Trevor Bonot of Stratton on Sunday night at the Fort Frances Curling Club. Bolen’s local rink ended up falling just short of a berth in the provincials as they lost 9-7 in an extra end.
