Representing the Land-Royal Canadian Army, Cde. Roy Legarie laid a wreath during yesterday’s Remembrance Day ceremony at the Fort Frances cenotaph. The service, which included various prayers, the laying of wreathes, and a recitation of “In Flanders Field,” was followed by lunch at the Legion.
