J.W. Walker students were busy yesterday building an ice castle in the playground. Used as a way to build school spirit and promote teamwork, building the ice castle, which got underway Tuesday, was initiated by Angela Petsnick’s Grade 7 class, with other grades joining in and helping out. The ice castle, estimated to include nearly 500 bricks as of yesterday, was expected to be completed today.
