Members of the Rainy River District Social Services Board toured Elizabeth Manor and Lady Frances Place here yesterday evening to see the numerous projects maintenance staff have been working on to refurbish the apartment buildings, including repainting, updating balconies, and replacing carpets, floor tiles, and ceiling tiles. The room they are standing in will be a three-season lounge area for residents once completed.
