Kiya Fenwick of Dryden (above) showcased some of her riding skills Sunday morning during the Borderland Quarter Horse Association’s annual show at the Emo fairgrounds. She claimed first place in the Novice Youth division, riding her horse Sleep Deprived. Dale Barkman of Steinbach, Man. (top right) was a blaze of grace and skill while Katelynn Robertson of Roseau, Mn., riding her horse Lope N the Nite Away, lopped her way to second-place finish in the Western Pleasure Stakes (bottom right). The show ran from Friday to Sunday.
