Muskie Sydney Beck, left, and Mika Kooistra of the S.C.A.P. Knights powered their way down the homestretch during the junior girls’ division at the Muskie Trailrun yesterday at the Rocky Inlet trails. The competition kicked off the NorWOSSA cross-country running season and was the first time in recent memory that the black-and-gold hosted their own meet. Hailey Beaudry led Fort High’s contingent with a third-place finish in the senior girls’ division.
