“Granny” Janine Madill gave a huge wave to the crowd while riding along with Chad Buist and Rick Cooper, whose float was decked out as the “Rainy Lake Hillbillies” for last Wednesday’s annual parade of boats through downtown Fort Frances as part of the Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship festivities.
