Firefighter Wayne Riches was lowered down a hatch along with a training dummy as fellow firefighter Rod Davis kept a watchful eye yesterday during high-angle rope rescue training at the water treatment plant here. A group of local firefighters took an intense four-day course under the tutelage of Jesse Adair of J&B Consulting.
