Rainy River District Victim Services Program board member Steve Latimer and executive director Monika Huminuk cut the cake to celebrate the opening of the RRDVSP office yesterday afternoon at 334 Scott St. The RRDVSP is a not-for-profit organization that partners with emergency services in the community to provide immediate emotional and practical support to victims of crime and other tragic circumstances around the clock.
