Grade 8 teacher Jody Bonner-Vickers got to try on a Kevlar jacket, tack vest, and rucksac during a visit by members of the Canadian Armed Forces at J.W. Walker School this morning. Here, Lt Meredith helped Bonner-Vickers maintain her balance with the heavy load. Students also were given the chance to ask questions of the soldiers, who had returned from Afghanistan this summer.
